Urban & Architecture Week:  5-Day Clay Camp

August 17th -August 21th: 1-4pm

A week of clay, creativity, and a little pottery magic.

Teens will sketch, build, and design original projects throughout the week—learning both handbuilding and wheel skills along the way. As pieces become ready, campers will also glaze earlier work so they leave with finished, colorful creations they’re proud of.

We wrap up the final day with finishing touches and a sweet show-and-share moment for parents.

Details

Each day includes:

• A quick theme intro to spark ideas
  
• Brainstorming and sketching time
• A snack + movement break mid-day
• Glazing time as pieces become ready
• A main project to build, design, and personalize

Please note, there are no make-ups for missed classes.  

This class Includes

       All materials needed (including clay)

       Use of all community studio tools

       Use of glazes

       All firings.  All pieces will be ready for pick-up 2-3 weeks after camp ends.

What you will need to purchase/bring separately

           Please bring a labeled snack and water for your child.   

           Please bring towels and/or apron to help keep yourself clean!

Refund & Cancellation Policy 

Because space and materials are reserved in advance, the following policy applies to all camp registrations:

• 14+ days before camp start: Full refund minus a $50 non-refundable deposit
  
• 7–13 days before camp start: 50% refund or full credit toward a future camp or class
  
• Less than 7 days before camp start: No refunds or credits

Missed days due to illness, vacation, or scheduling conflicts are non-refundable.

If Bliss Pottery House must cancel a camp for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
