Private Event Options 

Wheel Throwing Experience: 2-Hour Guided Workshop

In this hands-on session, guests will learn the foundations of wheel throwing, including how to center clay and shape a pot on the wheel. No experience is necessary. Most participants create 1–2 pieces during the workshop.

After your event:

  • Our staff will carefully trim and glaze each piece (guests choose their glaze colors),
    OR
  • Guests may return about two weeks later to glaze their own work during a 2-hour session for an additional $15 per person.

Your finished pottery will be ready for pickup 3–4 weeks after the event; a lasting reminder of your time together.

  • 5 -7 participants - $75/person

Handbuilding Experience: 2-Hour Guided Workshop

This option is perfect for groups who want a collaborative, relaxed pace. Guests will be guided through a handbuilding project such as a slab built mug or pinch pot bowl and will have time to glaze their pieces during the session.

Afterward, we fire the work, apply a clear glaze, and fire it again to ensure durability and a beautiful finish.

Pieces will be ready for pickup 3–4 weeks after your event.

Celebrating Something Special?

For birthdays and milestone events, we include:

  • A Birthday Memory Plate for guests to sign and decorate. A keepsake to remember the gathering.
  • Access to the studio 30 minutes before your event if you'd like to decorate.

We kindly ask that all decorations be removed at the end of your event so we can prepare the space for the next group.

Adding Food & Extra Time

You’re welcome to bring food and drinks to enjoy together.

Additional studio time may be added for $30 per hour (flat rate, not per guest) if you’d like more time to celebrate.

Full Studio Rental: Large Group Celebrations (11–30 Guests) 

For larger gatherings, we offer full studio rental so your group can comfortably enjoy the entire space.

Studio Rental Includes:

  • 3 hours of private studio access
  • Staff to guide and support all activities
  • All clay and glazing materials
  • Rotations through wheel, handbuilding, and glazing stations
  • Guests typically create 2–3 pieces each

Pricing

  • $600 minimum (covers up to 11 guests)
  • $30 per additional guest (maximum 30 participants)

Additional time may be added at $50 per hour (flat rate) if you'd like extended time for food and celebration.

Weekday Discount
Events held Monday–Friday between 10am–2pm receive 15% off.

Reserving Your Date

To secure your event:

  • Groups of 4–10: $100 non-refundable deposit
  • Groups of 11–30: $200 non-refundable deposit

The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.

Deposits allow us to reserve staff, materials, and studio space specifically for your group. Because of this, they are non-refundable.
