Return/Cancellation Policies

 

Workshops, Classes and Open Studio

1. Registration:  Advance registration is required for all workshops and classes and most open studio times. Members receive 15% off registration fees.

2. Cancellation by Member/Student: If you must cancel your registration, please do so at least 14 days in advance to receive a full refund.  If you cancel your class between 13 and 7 days before the start date, you will be refunded 1/2 of your tuition.  Your tuition is non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days before the start of your class.

3. Cancellation by Studio: The studio reserves the right to cancel any workshop or class due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will receive a full refund.  **Please note, any workshop or class needs 3 or more participants to run.**

For Ceramic Gifts Purchased

Please remember these are all handmade items, so that means each one is unique and there may be minor, subtle differences in size, shape, or glaze color.  These differences are a natural and desirable part of hand made pottery and not to be considered irregular.  Glaze batches may fire with minor variation, but they are fairly similar.  I don't sell seconds online, everything I ship is of first rate quality.

*Please be aware that I cannot be responsible for color variation of different monitors and devices. I take my photos in natural lighting to get the most accurate color of each item.

Cancellation Policy:

I gladly accept cancellations if they are requested before shipping, or before I start making a custom order.  Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.  I will honor cancellations IF the item has not yet shipped, or IF a custom order item has not yet been created. Please be prompt, as I try to fulfill orders quickly, sometimes within a few hours.

Return & Exchange Policy:

I will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase.  Please be aware that the return shipping cost is not included in any refunds. 

Items returned or exchanged must be in original packing material and in original condition, and with previously agreed upon conditions with seller.

*REMEMBER POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

Custom Orders and "Made to Order" items ARE NOT eligible for return or exchange. Please check your spelling carefully.

Damages and Issues:

If any items are damaged in shipping buyer must report to seller ASAP, and include photos within ten days of receiving the damaged goods.

Please contact me ASAP via message about any return due to damage.  Please include photos for insurance documentation. Do not discard the box! Several shots are required by the shipping services.
