Scratching Ornaments Workshop

This one day workshop will introduce you to the art of mishima. You will get to scratch your own creations on ornaments.

Details:

You will get a leather-hard ornaments already made that will already be painted with wax resist. Then you can scratch your own creation on the ornaments, brush away the remnants and color the scratches with colored slip of your choice. Once the ornaments are bone-dry, they will be fired, then glazed with a clear glaze and fired one more time. The finished products will be ready to be picked up in 3 weeks.
